If you have sent funds to your BitMEX account and it hasn't been credited, even after it got the required number of confirmations, it is because of this issue. Rest assured that our platform is still operating as usual and your funds are safe.
Our vendor is currently working on resolving the issue in the next few days. You can track the status of the issue on their Status page. As soon as it's been resolved, the funds will be credited to your account.
