Can I withdraw through the API without 2FA?

Yes, if you add the Destination Address to your Addresses Book with Skip Two-Factor Authentication enabled, you won't need your 2FA to withdraw to that address.

 

Create and Get Addresses through the API

To add the address through the API, you can use the Address/Address_new endpoint. To check the entries and see if skip2FA is true, you can use the /Address/Address_get endpoint. 

 

Confirm Request with Email

Once you add the address with Skip2FA enabled, you will need to confirm it through your email address.

Until it's confirmed, the status of it will be Pending and you'll be required to use your 2FA in the meantime.
