Error 503 Caused by Deployment/Restart
If you receive a 503 error, it could be because we are deploying or restarting our API servers. In such cases, most users will experience a graceful disconnect, but occasionally you may encounter a 503 error. Simply retrying immediately should redirect you to a different host and resolve the issue.
Error 503 Caused by System Overload
If the error occurs during a system overload, it is important to note that orders submitted through the place order panel may be affected by load shedding, resulting in a 503 error. However, orders submitted using the close buttons on the position table are not subject to load shedding.
