Withdrawal Fee & Network Fee Refunds

If you stake BMEX Token, you may be eligible for a refund of withdrawal or network fees. For information on staking tiers eligible for fee refunds, please visit bitmex.com/bmex.

Refunds are processed every Monday at approximately 0:15 UTC. They are processed as one single batch for all withdrawals in the previous week. 

Refunds will be issued in the currency in which they were originally paid. For example, Bitcoin network fees will be refunded in XBT, ERC-20 withdrawal fees will be refunded in ETH, and so on.

For Bitcoin network fees, BitMEX will refund you the minimum applicable network fee at the time of the refund.

For any other withdrawal fee refunds, BitMEX will refund the original fee paid at the time of withdrawal.

If it is determined that any BitMEX user has given false representations as to their location, incorporation, establishment, citizenship or residence, or HDR detects a user is from a Restricted Jurisdiction as described above, HDR reserves the right to immediately close their accounts and liquidate any open positions. HDR may, in its sole discretion, implement controls to restrict access to the BitMEX trading platform in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions.
