When and how are KPIs calculated?

Assessment of your commission tier is calculated on a rolling 30-day basis. Calculations occur before 12:01 UTC payments.

 

KPI definitions and Calculations

Average Daily Volume (ADV)

Takes into account both maker and taker average derivative volumes placed on the platform within the last 30-day period. ADV is updated at 00:00 UTC

 

Market Share

The total volume of your referees as a percentage of total exchange volume within the last 30 days.

 

Monthly Active Traders

A user is considered a Monthly Active Trader if said user has placed a minimum of one trade within the last 30 days. This includes any realised PnL in the time period, including Derivatives, Spot, and Convert

HDR may, in its sole discretion, implement controls to restrict access to the BitMEX trading platform in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions.
