Default Tiers

 Commission rate levels (0-20%) accessible to all BitMEX users upon completion of KYC. Qualification for a specific rate within these tiers is based on referred trading volume, market share, or number of active users referred.

Pro Tier

The highest commission tier for BitMEX Affiliates, offering rates from 0% to 60%. Eligibility requires completion of the Affiliates Form. Qualification within this tier is based on referred trading volume, market share, or number of active users referred.

Current Tier

The active commission tier determining your payout rate. Eligibility for this tier is based on your best-performing Affiliate Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

 Metrics used to determine eligibility for higher commission tiers.

Total Sign Ups

 Total amount of users that have registered with your link. Includes both verified and unverified users. 

First Trades

 The number of referred users who have completed KYC and executed at least one trade on the platform. 

First Deposits

The number of referred users who have passed verification and successfully deposited funds into their BitMEX wallet. Pending or unconfirmed deposits are not counted.

Monthly Active Trader

A user who has executed at least one trade within the last 30 days, including trades in Derivatives, Spot, or Convert markets.

Market Share

 Total trading volume generated by your referred users, expressed as a percentage of the total exchange volume within the past 30 days.

Average Daily Volume (ADV)

The average of the total maker and taker derivative trading volume on the platform over the last 30 days. Updated daily at 00:00 UTC.

Access to trading or holding positions on BitMEX is prohibited for any person or entity that is located, incorporated or otherwise established in, or a citizen or a resident of: (i) the United States of America, Québec (Canada), the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Seychelles, Bermuda, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Iran, Syria, North Korea or Sudan; (ii) any state, country or other jurisdiction that is embargoed by the United States of America; or (iii) any other jurisdiction where the services offered by BitMEX are restricted (collectively “Restricted Jurisdictions”). If it is determined that any BitMEX user has given false representations as to their location, incorporation, establishment, citizenship or residence, or HDR detects a user is from a Restricted Jurisdiction as described above, HDR reserves the right to immediately close their accounts and liquidate any open positions. HDR may, in its sole discretion, implement controls to restrict access to the BitMEX trading platform in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions.
