How do I claim & apply Trading Credits?

You can earn Trading Credits Vouchers from various campaigns and promotions. Here is a simple, step-by-step guide on how to claim your vouchers and use your Trading Credits:

 

Claiming Trading Credits

  1. Navigate to your Rewards page to view all available vouchers
  2. Claim Your Trading Credits
    1. In the Available Rewards section, find the Trading Credit voucher you wish to redeem and click the Claim Now button

Once you've claimed it, the voucher will move to the In-Use section, and the trading credits will be automatically transferred to your account balance. You can see your voucher’s remaining balance and expiry date here.

*Note that each Trading Credit has its own claim expiry date and credits expiration date. Be sure to claim your voucher and use trading credits before they expire to avoid forfeiture. 

 

Applying Trading Credits

Your Trading Credits are available for use once you've claimed it. They will be automatically applied to your trades if they are in the same settlement currency as the contract.
