How long does it take for transactions to get confirmed?

The amount of time it takes to get confirmed depends on the network traffic and the fee you've paid. If there is a large number of unconfirmed transactions, it is common for deposits to be delayed as all transfers are delayed.

Why is my deposit taking a long time to get confirmed?

If there is network congestion or/and if you've sent it with low fees, it can take longer than usual to get confirmed.

How can I check if my transaction has enough confirmation?

You can check the status of your transaction and the amount of confirmation it has by searching your Deposit Address or Transaction ID on the relevant Block Explorer.

HDR may, in its sole discretion, implement controls to restrict access to the BitMEX trading platform in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions.
