Are there any restricted jurisdictions for buying crypto through Mercuryo?

Mercuryo operates in most countries but currently restricts services in the following locations:

Abkhazia, Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Antarctica, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bolivia, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chile, China, Colombia, Congo (Democratic Republic & Republic), Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Eland Islands, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guam, Guatemala, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Honduras, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Ossetia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Eastern regions including Crimea), Venezuela, Western Sahara, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

If it is determined that any BitMEX user has given false representations as to their location, incorporation, establishment, citizenship or residence, or HDR detects a user is from a Restricted Jurisdiction as described above, HDR reserves the right to immediately close their accounts and liquidate any open positions. HDR may, in its sole discretion, implement controls to restrict access to the BitMEX trading platform in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions.
