Important Security & Troubleshooting Tips
- Code Expiration: Password reset codes expire after 15 minutes for your security. If your code expires, return to the login screen and request a new one.
- Not Receiving the Email? Check your spam, junk, or promotional folders. If you still cannot find the message, review our troubleshooting guide on Why am I not receiving emails?
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Resetting your password does not bypass or disable your 2FA. When you log in with your new password, you will still be prompted to enter your 2FA token during the withdrawal process. If you cannot access your authenticator, see What should I do if I lost my 2FA?
- Temporary Withdrawal Hold: For your protection, password reset trigger a standard temporary withdrawal restriction on your account for 24 hours.
