If you've lost access to your 2FA code, you can still access your account and begin the closure process using just your email and password as it's not required for logins anymore.
However, 2FA is still needed to confirm your withdrawal. If you cannot generate a code, click "I no longer have my authenticator app" on the withdrawal screen to request a manual review. You will be asked to answer a series of security questions about your account history to verify your identity.
This manual review typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. Once verified, your withdrawal will be approved and queued for processing (see How long do withdrawals take to process?)
Please note: We strongly encourage using your active 2FA if you still have it. Failing to answer the security questions correctly risks your account being restricted.
