If you've submitted a withdrawal request and you're wondering why you haven't received the funds yet, you can refer to its Status on the Transaction History page to see where it's at:
What do the Withdrawal Statuses mean?
Status
Definition
Pending
Your withdrawal is waiting for you to confirm the request with your email.
Make sure to check your inbox and confirm it within 15 minutes of your request to prevent it from getting canceled. If you haven't received a confirmation email, refer to Why am I not receiving emails from BitMEX?
Confirmed
Your withdrawal was confirmed on your end (through your email if it was required) and is waiting to be processed by our system.
Withdrawals are processed in real-time, unless it requires manual review. In that case, it can take up to an hour.
Processing
Your withdrawal is being processed by our system and will be sent out shortly.
This doesn't mean the transaction has been completed/confirmed on the blockchain - you'll need to check that separately using your Transaction ID/address on a Block Explorer.
Canceled
Your withdrawal request was unsuccessful.
If your withdrawal required email confirmation and it was not confirmed within 15 minutes of your request, that would be why it was canceled. In this case, you may try again while making sure you confirm it with your email.
My withdrawal has been in Processing for a while now:
For your protection all withdrawal requests are scanned by our internal risk scoring service. These checks are designed to protect your funds from bad actors. Withdrawals that are flagged by risk scoring are subject to additional manual review and will take a little longer to be broadcast to the network. If it's been in Processing status for hours now, please reach out to Support so they can check on it.
My withdrawal has been Completed but I still haven't received it:
